• LEADING AUSTRIAN INTRALOGISTICS PROVIDER — INTEGRATING AUTOMATION AT SCALE

  Interim Site Integration Manager

  I lead on-site commissioning, testing and acceptance for an intralogistics facility valued at approximately €90 million. The system combines 60 AGVs, 93,000 small-parts storage locations and 34,000 high-bay pallet positions. My role includes functional leadership of a 25-person commissioning team, coordination of suppliers and customer interfaces, and planning functional, mass and operational-readiness tests before handover.

• GLOBAL E-COMMERCE RETAILER — MHE ROLLOUTS ACROSS EUROPE

  Interim Project Manager

  I managed the preparation, execution and deployment of material-handling projects across the client’s sites in the MEU region, Italy and France, with individual project values of approximately €1–5 million. The scope included conveyors, automated forklifts and packaging innovations. I aligned suppliers, operations and technical teams around test scopes, daily milestones and go-live priorities, through to documented operational handover.

• GLOBAL RETAILER’S ROBOTICS NETWORK — COMMISSIONING IN LIVE OPERATIONS

  Commissioning Manager

  I coordinated robotics deployments across sites in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic as part of a network transformation with a total budget exceeding €50 million. Working with suppliers, IT, Safety and Reliability Maintenance Engineering, I led site execution and SAT against predefined KPIs, managed escalations and prepared handover while minimizing disruption to ongoing warehouse operations.

• EUROPEAN CONTRACT LOGISTICS PROVIDERS — ASRS RETROFIT AND PICKING IMPROVEMENT

  I led an ASRS retrofit and the implementation of a new manual picking area in Bor, Czech Republic, coordinating layouts, process flows, suppliers and IT changes. The new picking area delivered an 18% improvement in process efficiency and a 9% reduction in order-processing time. Results also included a 10% reduction in shuttle and pick-tower error rates and an 8% increase in overall warehouse efficiency.

• LEADING EUROPEAN FASHION E-COMMERCE PLATFORM — FROM BUSINESS CASE TO AUTOMATION RAMP-UP

  Senior Project Manager, Logistics Innovation

  I managed an automation project portfolio of approximately €8 million, covering automated packaging, AMRs and AGVs across the client’s fulfilment network. My work spanned concept studies, supplier selection, business cases, layouts, contract negotiations and acceptance testing. Proof-of-concept testing achieved a 20% increase in machine reliability and a 25% reduction in downtime, followed by implementation corrections and wider network rollout.

• AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING SERVICE PROVIDER — ENGINEERING PROCUREMENT AND QUALITY

  Project Manager, Development

  I coordinated more than €250,000 per month in prototype automotive-parts procurement and deliveries to test centers across Germany, working with 35 global suppliers. Batch-level quality controls reduced defective parts by 30%, while improvements to packaging increased the security and safety of sensitive parts by 25%.
